Subscribe & Save is a free subscription service that allows you to save money on every recurring order. You can schedule regular deliveries to keep you supplied with the prescriptions, food, and any other items you need to care for your furry family members. You can pause, adjust delivery time, or cancel your subscription at any time.

How do I reschedule or delay my shipment?

Go to My Account and click on My Dashboard. Click on My Product Subscriptions from the left-hand menu. Locate the product you'd like to reschedule or delay and choose to either skip the next delivery, pause the subscription, or cancel the subscription. This is adjusted on the product level.

You can also click on the red calendar icon next to the Next Ship Date and choose a new delivery date.

To change how often your subscription arrives, click the dropdown under "next ship date" and adjust the frequency.

How can I add or remove items in my shipment?

To add items: go to the product page of the item you'd like to add and set up a recurring delivery as if you were creating a new shipment. You can then set it to be delivered on the same date and at the same frequency as other subscriptions.

To remove items: go to My Account and click on My Dashboard, then click on My Product Subscriptions from the left-hand menu. For the item you wish to remove, click on "Cancel Subscription" and confirm you'd like to remove it from your subscriptions.

How do I cancel Subscribe & Save?

Go to My Account and click on My Dashboard. Click on My Product Subscriptions from the left-hand menu. Locate the subscription you'd like to cancel and click on "Cancel Subscription" and confirm you'd like to remove it from your subscriptions. This is done on the product level, so if you have multiple product subscriptions to cancel be sure to click on "Cancel Subscription" for each product.

This will cancel all future shipments of your subscription order.

How can I change my payment method?

For a single subscription: go to My Account and click on My Dashboard, then click on My Product Subscriptions from the left-hand menu. Locate the product and choose "More Details" then click on "Change" next to your credit card information. you can also add a new credit card by clicking "Add a new credit card" underneath the payment information.

For multiple subscriptions: go to My Account and click on My Dashboard, then click on My Payment Data from the left-hand menu. You can edit an existing card or add a new one. Once you've added a new payment method you can remove your old payment method here.

How can I change my shipping address?

For a single subscription: go to My Account and click on My Dashboard, then click on My Product Subscriptions. Locate the product and choose "More Details" then click on "Change" next to Delivery Address. Update shipping address here.

For multiple subscriptions: go to My Account and click on My Dashboard, then click on Address Book to see your current addresses on file. You can change billing and shipping addresses, as well as add and remove addresses.

How will I know my shipment is on its way?

A subscription reminder email is sent 2 days before the auto-ship date. You will receive another email when the subscription is shipped.

When will my payment method be charged?

Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped.

Why has the price of an item in my Subscribe & Save order changed?

We may change prices as we work to stay competitive with other pet pharmacies. We may also adjust our prices as manufacturers update their prices throughout the year.

What is Subscribe & Save?

Subscribe & Save allows our customers to save money on every subscription order by scheduling recurring deliveries to keep you supplied with the prescriptions, food, and any other items you need to care for your furry family members.

How do I set up Subscribe & Save so I can receive a recurring delivery?

It's simple! Just add the products you want to your cart and at checkout choose the Regular Delivery option next to each item you want to subscribe to, then set the delivery intervals.

Is there a membership fee?

No membership fee, only savings and convenience for you and your pets!

Can I order prescription medications with Subscribe & Save?

Yes. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for prescription order processing. We will do all possible to process your prescription order quickly, but how quickly your veterinarian replies to confirm the prescription determines the actual time it takes to process your order. We are unable to ship a prescription until we receive your veterinarians approval. You can see view our "How to order Rx" page here.
